  • $15/night per guest beyond double occupancy
  • 12.5% lodging tax applies

Deposits

  • 1 night — $100
  • Less than a month — $200

  • No parties, no pets
  • Liberal check-in/out as scheduling allows

Cancellations

  • 30+ days out — $50 fee
  • 14–29 days out — 50% of deposit refunded
  • Under 14 days — no refund
